‘Nairobi notes’ marks the beginning of MOVIE ORGY a monthly carte blanche screening series at WORM featuring additions, corrections and inspirations from International Film Festival Rotterdam's programmers.

Indonesian filmmaker Edwin and Dutch programmer Gertjan Zuilhof went to Africa together. For those who never went to Africa this has little meaning, but for those who did seriously travel outside the safari parks it is clear that they now have a story in common.
They will tell this story and other stories as well and show short films and music videos by Edwin in between. Edwin is the most surrealistic and fantastic of the young and golden generation of South East Asian filmmakers and we want to find out where all this fantasy is coming from.
Movie Orgy's second edition will take place on June (12th) featuring It's the Earth Not the Moon, the choice of Gerwin Tamsma and an 180min epic from Gonçalo Tocha and recently crowned at Locarno, Buenos Aires and San Francisco film festivals...
